Wood’s show cases new pump artwork for Beer’s

Wood’s will launch new artwork styling for it’s two flagship beers; Shropshire Lad and Shropshire Lass, tomorrow at the Shrewsbury Real Ale Festival, which takes place in the historic Morris Hall, Bellstone, Shrewsbury, opening at 11am.
Edward Wood, Managing Director, “We have been working on bringing an element of modernisation into our brand look for some months now as more and more younger drinkers are trying real ale for the first time, but with a mind to retaining the heritage and tradition that Wood’s beer have been built on. We are very pleased and excited with the result, and the Shrewsbury Real Ale Festival is an ideal showcase event for us to launch this new look and get feedback from our customers in Shropshire”
Entrance to the festival is free for CAMRA card holders (£2.50 for all others) and runs from Thursday to Saturday. As well as having Shropshire Lad, Shropshire Lass and Wonderful on tap, the Shrewsbury CAMRA team have pulled together 80+ different real ales from across the country, so there should be a beer to suit all tastes. It should be a great event.
